Under the Nordplus Adult Learning Programme 105 applications have been submitted. The interest for Nordplus Adult was clearly increased due to the new possibilities of the Nordplus Framework Programme and Nordic-Baltic cooperation is clearly relevant for many players within the field of adult education.

All applications submitted by the deadline 21 April are now being processed by the Nordplus administrators and will be put to the various Nordplus Programme Committees for decision. Due to unfortunate technical problems with the Application- and Reporting System (ARS), we are not able to notify all applicants on the results before 21 July.

The application deadline expires at midnight (Danish time) and some of you are still experiencing technical difficulties. All support requests will be answered.

Just one short week separates us from application deadline and there are still many of you searching for a partner to cooperate with.

The Nordic Council of Ministers has decided to extend the application deadline for the Nordplus Framework Programme to Monday 21 April 2008.

The Nordplus Application and Reporting System (ARS) is used in the Nordplus application process as well as during follow-up, reporting and dissemination of results. The decision to extend the deadline was made after serious consideration of the problems that the users of ARS have met, and after thorough examination of the actual situation. We are aware that errors and weaknesses in ARS have led to numerous problems and frustration for many users and we sincerely apologies for that.

Dear applicants for the Nordplus Framework

As you are all aware, a new Nordplus Framework 2008 – 2011, in which we have great expectations, has been launched. We are therefore very happy about the great interest that both old as well as new applicants have shown the new programme.

Application deadline for Nordplus Framework Programme is around the corner and some of you are experiencing inconveniences while trying to register in ARS Application and Report System, we have assembled a list of frequently-asked question and their answers. Please try also the updated User Guide.

Each of the eight participating countries in the Nordplus Framework Programme will arrange national information events presenting the possibilities in the new programme.

The events will take place during the autumn of 2007 and winter 2008, and will give essential information for potential participants in the Nordplus Framework Programme.

The national Nordplus offices are responsible for providing information in their own country.
