The Nordplus Horizontal is a new programme and best practice examples are not availible yet.

The programme supports innovative projects spanning from traditional categories and sectors to new, different, broader or more complex issues and challenges. The Nordplus Horizontal promotes outward looking cooperation with the countries beyond the Nordic and Baltic region.
