The Nordic Council of Ministers (NMR) wishes to conduct an evaluation of the Nordplus Framework Programme and the Nordplus Nordic Language and Culture Programme during the period 2009–11. The call for proposals to carry out this project is now open.
NMR is inviting relevant companies and academics at universities and colleges in the Nordic and Baltic countries to submit bids for this contract.
