In the revised &lt;a href="/index.php/eng/layout/set/print/media/files/publications_media/ars/ars_user_guide_2010_in_english" target="_self"&gt;&lt;b&gt;user guide&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; for ARS, each step of the reporting is described.&lt;/p&gt;

Initiatives attached to the Nordic Climate Day may be included in applications for the Nordplus Framework Programme.&lt;/p&gt;
