„Developing of Entrepreneurship Competences and making Student Companies”

We are 25 students at the age 16 - 18 from Jelgava Spīdola gymnasium, which is located in the fourth biggest city of Latvia. There are about 420 students in our school.

We are looking for partners at the same age, who want to collaborate with us in „Nordplus Junior” mobility program. We are interested in making class to class exchange for year 2012 – 2013 about topic „Developing of Entrepreneurship Competences and making Student Companies”.

Jelgava Spīdola gymnasium has excellent experience in entrepreneurship developments since 1996. In nowadays our school has about 20 student companies every year. An evidence to this achievements is that we have successfully represented Latvia in Europe Student Company final three times - in Norway, Sweden, Netherland. Since 2001 our school offers professional program “Commercial sciences”. Teachers consider that they have to include entrepreneurship education in all subjects. School has realized the best ways how to make creative personality, prepare students for successful in changeable job market and have essential life skill.

We would like to share our experience and get the new one from our partners, of course, program will be adapted for both interests. The main thing - application deadline is in the 1th of March 2012, so we look forward to hearing from you shortly.
