We would like to become a partner in the project with topics matching our expertise: Edukaciniai projektai (Educational Projects) was established aiming mainly at the development of programs of informal continuing professional training mostly to social workers, social educators, social worker’s assistants, nurses, managers, administration staff, volunteers, etc. as well as all the relevant with these object activities as researches, studies, training courses, seminars, conferences, meetings, congresses, educational aids as well as attendance in different educational programs of EU. Other essential activities of EP is to create, adopt and implement various innovative social initiatives in the field of social work and non-formal education providing services to disadvantage and socially excluded groups (young people, including with special needs, long term unemployed, families and individuals at risk, elderly, etc.). Through its activities Educational Projects aims to assure the rights of target groups to different services which will enable them to develop their capabilities and skills, to become a major factor ensuring equal and full-fledged social involvement in life of the society and represent the interests and protect the basic rights of those individuals. Seeking these purposes EP develops and implements various projects, initiatives and interventions at both national-local and transnational level, in collaboration with universities, research centres, associations, NGO, social cooperatives, SMEs, training centres, local institutions, public services, schools etc. The inter-country collaboration is intense in the programs of EP and is focused in the exchange of experts, instructors and lecturers, the growth of methods of training, the transport of know-how, the concretisation of common energies and the growth of pedagogic tools. Apart from the permanent personnel EP occupies experienced experts.
