In the 2021 application round due to Covid19, we deviate from the conventional guidelines and allow Letters of Intent (LOI) in another format, such as e-mail. As is normally the standard procedure, all participating organizations must certify their cooperation in the project.
In the 2021 application round due to Covid19, we deviate from the conventional guidelines and allow Letters of Intent (LOI) in another format, such as e-mail. As is normally the standard procedure, all participating organizations must certify their cooperation in the project. This can be done in the same or separate documents. Signature must be either in original or digital format (e.g. e-mail signature) and the document must be dated. It is important that the "Legal Representative" certifies the cooperation. Due to the exceptional circumstances, it is acceptable that the LOI be supplemented after the application deadline.
